Have a wholesome and hearty breakfast. ... Try taking your breakfast within 20 minutes after waking up. ... Have a mediocre lunch like lentils, vegetable .

We should include Salad in our meal plan always.



But if you want to make some healthy changes to your diet or if you want to lose some weight, committing to a diet plan can really help.


If there's a breakfast burrito and chips and guac included, you know it's going to be good.


Breakfast:


Omelet made with 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, 2 tablespoons each fat-free refried beans, diced onion, diced mushrooms, and salsa

Quesadilla made with 1/2 of one small corn tortilla and 1 tablespoon low-fat jack cheese

1/2 cup diced watermelon


Lunch: 

 .  .  .  .  Take a pan ,take one table spoon Olive oil .Than,2Onz Boneless Chicken ,One carrot in slices ,3onz Brockli then mix it some time cooked .one pinch black pepper& salt to taste and one table- spoon  Souyasauce than,mix again .after some time ,when it is half cooked, then , take it in plate & eat it 😊

Always ,we should eat light food for our waight loss.

Dinner:


1 turkey burger

3/4 cup roasted cauliflower and broccoli florets

3/4 cup brown rice

1 cup spinach salad with 1 tablespoon light balsamic vinaigrette

You'll eat three meals and two snacks daily, plus each dish packs a filling balance of 45 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein, and 25 percent healthy fats. 


If we want to loss our waight& save ourself from deseases ,we should  plan our 7 day waight loss meal plan .Be happy guyes😊👈🏻
